Our story
Camp Ally Pally has been running for 3 years and have seen each camp grow in numbers simply on a word-of-mouth basis. Their focus has always been... The children!
Funny Story: The first ever camp was during February Half-Term 2018 and had zero children for a whole week! Their second camp only saw two children enter through the doors but boy did those two have the best time! Fast forward a bit, Camp Ally Pally open their doors to up to 80 kids a day and nothing has changed. The same energy, enthusiasm and entertainment is applied to each and every day, each and every child.
The team have worked incredibly hard to create a family like atmosphere– a space where everyone feels welcome and safe. Safe physically but also emotionally, we want children to be able to express their true selves and be free to be the best versions of themselves.
With hundreds of sports camp so widely available, Camp Ally Pally is slightly different. Camp Ally Pally aim to focus more on the creative hobbies and hands on tasks. Lots of building, designing, making, logical thinking and creating happens each day at camp. Sport and fitness still play a huge part of camp as it teaches fundamental movement skills, which is essential to a child's growth. Camp Ally Pally incorporate these skills into fun games so the children are learning without the pressure that is sometimes associated with sport.
